Thanksgiving is next week and the cold weather is finally settling in here in Houston. Although it took a little longer than usual to start seeing changes, I definitely feel the difference now. Two weeks ago I was literally still wearing sandals, and now I’m finally able to bust out my winter clothes.
I couldn’t wait for a reason to wear this sweater. I saw it online while shopping for more sweaters to mix up my winter wardrobe. As soon as I saw it I knew I had to have it. I love clothes that have added adornments, like beads or stones. Embellishments add an extra flair that can spice up any piece of clothing. The pearl details on the sleeves add a posh flair while the lace underlining and flair cut make a bold statement.
I got these shoes last year from Steve Madden. I was initially tempted to buy them because they give “Queen Bee” vibes. These shoes are perfect for almost any occasion from work to the weekend. Also they look super cute with my pearl accented shirts.
