So were a little more than half-way into the new year, and I stop and think to myself. . .am I really where I want to be? Am I pushing myself hard enough, or could I go a little harder? Sadly, There are still items on my 2019 resolutions checklist that remain unchecked. I’ve gotten so wrapped up in my job and work struggles that I haven’t really had much time to accomplish the things I want to do. This won’t work, I have to do better; so now I’m re-balancing my life, setting new priorities, and focusing on my hustle.
I’m blocking negativity for the rest of the year !
I love online shopping, I like to browse all my fave sites for good deals, even when I don’t plan on making a purchase. Amazon is one of my favorite online shopping sites for just about anything. I order all my t-shirts from Amazon because of course the prices, but truly due to the quality. The material is so soft and the fabric really holds up after being washed a bunch of times.
I got the sweater a few months ago from TJ Maxx when I was looking for some new work clothes. I was suprised to find this Zara branded sweater because I never really find anything worth purchasing when I try to go after the designer brands they have to offer. However, there was no way I could pass this up, when I realized how perfectly it matched my leopard print shoes. The shoes came from a clearance sale from my long-time fave Agaci. When I intially tried them on I thought they were cute. I thought since I had this new matching set they’d be really fun to wear to work. However, I was dead wrong, when I actually wore them, they felt like card board cutting into the backs of my ankles. By the end of the day I was walking to my car like a peg legged pirate, counting down the seconds till I could put on my slippers I keep stashed in the trunk.
Overall I love this set! Even though the shoes are uncomfortable, I would definitely where them again, but next time with bandaids on the back of my ankles. If you have any questions about the look, be sure to comment below.
